1. Introduction

Welcome to ImidusApp (Here in referred to as Company and/or We). These Terms of Service and Conditions govern your use of the App and any related services provided by Imidus Technology Inc. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 License

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the App.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful or disruptive content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia in the United States of America.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Account Cancellation

11.1 How to Cancel Your Account

To cancel your account, follow these steps:
Open the App and go to “Profile”
Select “Account”
Click “Exit” to submit your request.

11.2 Data Retention

Your app account and related data will be stored for 30 days following your cancellation request and will be deleted thereafter. If you prefer to have your account and data deleted immediately, you can send an email request to info@imidus.com.
